Abstract
У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз принципів права, розглянуто сутність та класифікація принципів розмежування компетенції органів державної виконавчої влади та місцевого самоврядування. The article provides the comparative analysis of the law principles; the main points and classification of the principles of the public authorities and local self-government power distribution are also regarded.
