Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to deepen the scientific understanding of
the patterns of the formation and implementation of victimisation in modern conditions as a result of the increasing diversity of victimogenic factors, the complication of victimisation mechanisms, the emergence of new forms of unlawful encroachments and the transformation of social, economic, informational and security processes, and the actualisation of the need to improve the methodological tools for the study of victimological phenomena. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена необхідністю поглиблення наукового осмислення закономірностей формування та реалізації віктимізації в сучасних умовах у результаті
зростання різноманітності віктимогенних чинників, ускладнення механізмів віктимізації, появи нових форм протиправних посягань і трансформації соціальних, економічних, інформаційних та безпекових процесів, а також актуалізацією необхідності вдосконалення методичного інструментарію для вивчення віктимологічних явищ.
