| dc.description.abstract | В статті розглядаються види та форми локальної прямої демократії на прикладі її формування в європейських країнах таких як Швейцарія, Австрія, Німеччина, Італія, Іспанія, Ірландія та інші. І хоча представницька демократія є більш популярною в суспільстві, її застосування є найпоширенішим та найпростішим варіантом швидкого прийняття рішень органами державної влади. вона діє лише на вирішення проблем, в той же час як пряма демократія спрямована на їх виявлення. Локальні форми демократії розглядаються з призми класифікації на партисипативні та прямі, саме ця класифікація відрізняє статтю від подібних за цією тематикою, оскільки більшість вчених ототожнюють ці види демократії. До прямих відносяться місцевий референдум, право народного вето (анулюючий референдум) і відрізняється моментальним прийняттям рішень з винесеного на голосування питання. The article examines the types and forms of local direct democracy on the example of its formation in European countries such as Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland and others. Local forms of democracy are considered through the prism of classification into participatory and direct, it is this classification that distinguishes the article from similar ones on this topic, since most scientists equate these types of democracy. The direct ones include the local referendum, the right of the people's veto (cancelling referendum) and are distinguished by instant decision-making on the issue put to the vote. | |
