Abstract
У дисертації здійснено комплексне криміналістичне дослідження проблем методики розслідування розкрадань бюджетних коштів, учинених службовими особами органів місцевого самоврядування. З огляду на сучасну слідчу та судову практику, законодавчі норми та наукові дослідження, запропоновано низку інноваційних підходів до розв’язання специфічних проблем, пов’язаних із фінансово-господарськими операціями в бюджетному процесі органів місцевого самоврядування у воєнний період. The dissertation conducts a comprehensive forensic study of the problems of the methodology for investigating embezzlement of budget funds committed by officials of local self-government bodies. Taking into account modern investigative and judicial practice, legislative norms and scientific research, the author has developed a number of innovative approaches to solving specific problems related to financial and economic operations in the budget process of local self-government bodies during the war period.
