| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядаються актуальні проблеми лідерства у публічному управлінні, аналізується сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку його потенціалу в умовах глобальних трансформацій, війни та повоєнної відбудови. Основними вимогами до сучасних лідерів є здатність до інновацій, відкритість до співпраці та бажання впроваджувати позитивні зміни у суспільстві. Правова та інституційна реформа, фінансування та ресурсне забезпечення, запобігання корупції та забезпечення прозорості, модернізація та інновації є ключовими аспектами, які потребуватимуть уваги у повоєнну епоху. Подолання цих викликів вимагає політичної волі, системних реформ та активної співпраці між урядом, громадськістю та міжнародними партнерами. The article examines the current problems of leadership in public administration, analyzes the current state and trends in the development of its potential in the conditions of global transformations, war and post-war reconstruction. The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era. Overcoming these challenges requires political will, systemic reforms, and active cooperation between the government, the public, and international partners. | |
