Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню права акціонерів на інформацію про господарську діяльність товариства. У статті визначено суб’єктів, які зобов’язані надавати інформацію акціонеру. Також розкрито особливості отримання інформації акціонером від акціонерного товариства. The article scopes right of shareholders to receive information about commercial activities of the company. The article defines subjects that shall provide information to the shareholder. Also the author explains peculiarities of receiving information by shareholder from the joint-stock company.
