| dc.description.abstract | У статті здійснено спробу осмислити проблематику сфери внутрішніх справ, що залишається актуальним завданням правової науки, з огляду на перманентність процесів державного розвитку, тенденції євроінтеграційних процесів, вплив глобальних трансформацій у системі світового порядку. Зазначено, що фактор збройної агресії проти України з боку російської федерації змушує продовжувати активні пошуки оптимальних форм здійснення державної влади, зокрема в безпековому секторі, а саме у сфері внутрішніх справ. Understanding the issues of internal affairs remains a relevant task given the permanence of state development processes, trends in European integration, and the impact of global transformations on the world order. However, the most important and influential factor is the armed aggression against Ukraine by the Russian Federation, which forces us to continue actively searching for the most optimal and effective forms of exercising state power, including in the security sector, particularly in the sphere of internal affairs. | |
