Abstract
Обґрунтовано, що не сприятимуть ефективній протидії організованій злочинності новели проєкту Закону № 2513. Вони викладені суперечливо, не
згоджуються з іншими нормами та чинною кримінально-правовою термінологією, суперечать як системній будові та принципам сучасного кримінального права, так і правилам української лінгвістики. It is substantiated that the novelties of the draft Law № 2513 will not contribute to the effective counteraction to organized crime. They are contradictory, do not agree with other norms and current criminal law terminology, contradict both the systemic structure and principles of modern criminal law and the rules of Ukrainian linguistics.
