Стаття присвячена дослідженню концепцій розвитку взаємовідносин людини і природи, визначенню ефективного правового механізму такої взаємодії, що забезпечить стійке й збалансоване використання природних ресурсів, а також окреслення впливу концепцій на формування та розвиток природоресурсного законодавства. The article is devoted to the study of the concepts of the development of the relationship between human and nature, the definition of an effective legal mechanism of such interaction that will ensure the sustainable and balanced use of natural resources, as well as the outline of the impact of the concepts on the formation and development of natural resource legislation.
