Abstract
Однією з найпоширеніших слідчих (розшукових) дій під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень є допит. Це незамінна слідча (розшукова) дія, оскільки, отримуючи показання в процесі допиту, слідчий збирає ідеальні сліди, які комплексно доповнюють інші джерела криміналістично значущої інформації, забезпечуючи процес доказування. One of the most common investigative (detective) actions during the investigation of criminal offenses is interrogation. Interrogation is the most significant, indispensable investigative (detective) action, since by receiving testimony during interrogation, the investigator collects ideal traces that comprehensively complement other sources of forensically significant information, ensuring the process of proving.
