Abstract
У дисертації на основі сучасних наукових розробок комплексно
визначено сутність і розкрито особливості теоретико-правового механізму
забезпечення цивільної безпеки, що дало змогу запропонувати науково
обґрунтовану концепцію безпеки, а також пропозиції та рекомендації щодо
вдосконалення чинного законодавства з урахуванням міжнародно-правових
стандартів організації та діяльності уповноважених суб’єктів у сфері
цивільної безпеки окремих європейських країн. The dissertation, based on the modern scientific developments,
comprehensively defined the essence and revealed the features of the theoretical
and legal mechanism for ensuring civil security, which made it possible to propose
a scientifically based concept of security, as well as the proposals and
recommendations for improving the current legislation, taking into account
international legal standards of the organization and activities of authorized
subjects in the field of civil security of some European countries.
