Abstract
Дисертація є комплексним науковим дослідженням інституту позовного провадження в цивільних справах щодо захисту честі, гідності та ділової репутації фізичної особи.
Визначено теоретико-правові й методологічні засади дослідження захисту честі, гідності та ділової репутації фізичної особи в порядку позовного провадження. З’ясовано стан наукового розроблення та методологію дослідження проблематики захисту честі, гідності та ділової репутації фізичної особи в порядку позовного провадження. Простежено еволюцію правового регулювання інституту позовного провадження в цивільних справах щодо захисту честі, гідності та ділової репутації фізичної особи. Встановлено, що протягом тривалого часу фізичну особу не розглядали в цивільному праві носієм комплексу особистих немайнових прав.
The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of the institution of legal proceedings in civil cases regarding the protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person.
The theoretical-legal and methodological principles of the study of the protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person in the procedure of legal proceedings have been defined. The state of scientific development and the research methodology of the problems of protecting the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual in the course of legal proceedings have been determined. The evolution of the legal regulation of the institution of legal proceedings in civil cases regarding the protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person is traced. The honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person as objects of judicial protection in civil proceedings were studied.
