Abstract
Дисертація є комплексним кримінально-правовим і кримінологічним дослідженням, у якому сформульовано теоретичні та прикладні засади запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням в органах й установах виконання покарань і слідчих ізоляторах Державної кримінально-виконавчої служби України.
Встановлено, що сучасний стан наукової розробленості проблеми вирізняється наявністю значного масиву кримінологічних, кримінально-виконавчих, адміністративно-правових й організаційно-управлінських досліджень, у яких висвітлено аспекти запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням у місцях несвободи. Водночас результати аналізу засвідчують брак комплексної інтегрованої доктринальної моделі превентивної діяльності, що поєднувала б кримінологічні, правові, віктимологічні, оперативно-розшукові й управлінські елементи, що зумовлює необхідність подальшого системного осмислення окресленої проблематики. The dissertation is a comprehensive criminal law and criminological study that formulates theoretical and applied foundations for the prevention of criminal offenses in the bodies and institutions for the execution of sentences and pre-trial detention centers of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine.
It has been established that the current state of scientific development of the problem is characterized by the existence of a significant body of criminological, penal, administrative-legal, and organizational-managerial studies that reveal certain aspects of the prevention of criminal offenses in places of detention. At the same time, the results of the analysis indicate the absence of a comprehensive integrated doctrinal model of preventive activity that would combine criminological, legal, victimological, operational-search, and managerial elements, which necessitates further systematic understanding of this issue.
