Abstract
У статті проаналізовано сутність та зміст взаємодії органів системи МВС, висвітлено особливості видів взаємодії цих органів у сфері протидії нелегальній (незаконній) міграції в Україні. Узагальнено ознаки, включені науковцями до поняття «взаємодія», і встановлено його співвідношення з поняттям «координація». Наведено авторську дефініцію поняття «взаємодія органів системи МВС у сфері протидії нелегальній (незаконній) міграції в Україні». Розглянуто питання про класифікацію цієї взаємодії у сфері протидії нелегальній (незаконній) міграції. The article analyzes the essence and content of the interaction of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, highlights the features of the types of interaction of these bodies in the field of countering illegal migration in Ukraine. The features that scientists include in the concept of «interaction» are summarized. For a deeper clarification of the essence of the concept of «interaction», its correlation with the concept of «coordination» is established, which consists in organizing, primarily by legal means, interaction between elements of the system.
