Abstract
У статті проаналізоване правове регулювання сфери інтелектуальної власності на території Північної Буковини в 1918–1939 рр. На основі нормативної бази й окремих теоретичних напрацювань показано низку законодавчих кроків румунської влади в процесі формування власної моделі правової охорони об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Досліджено законодавчі зміни у сфері авторського права та промислової власності. The article analyzes the legal regulation of the intellectual property domain in the territory of Northern Bukovina in 1918–1939. Based on the normative base and certain theoretical developments, a number of legislative steps of the Romanian authorities in the process of forming their own model of legal protection of intellectual property objects are shown. Legislative changes in the field of copyright and industrial property are investigated.
