| dc.description.abstract | Через збройну агресію Росії та повне вторгнення в Україну все суспільство та державний устрій переведено на оперативний режим правового режиму воєнного стану. Воєнний стан – це правовий режим, який надає Україні певні повноваження під час зіткнення зі збройною агресією. Він також може бути застосований в інших випадках, визначених законом. Він дозволяє обмежувати конституційні права і свободи на певний час за наявності зовнішньої загрози. Це тому, що воєнний стан надає владі необхідні повноваження для захисту національної безпеки від агресії. У Конституції України зазначено, що права людини підлягають виключному захисту в силу їх високої соціальної цінності. Тому що Конституція визнає життя, здоров'я, честь, гідність, безпеку і свободу людини недоторканними. Всі ці причини зумовлені складністю сучасної дійсності. Due to the armed aggression of Russia and the full invasion of Ukraine, the entire society and the state system were transferred to the operative mode of the legal regime of martial law. Martial law is a legal regime that gives Ukraine certain powers in the face of armed aggression. It can also be applied in other cases defined by law. It allows limiting constitutional rights and freedoms for a certain time in the presence of an external threat. This is because martial law gives the government the necessary powers to protect national security from aggression. The Constitution of Ukraine states that human rights are subject to exclusive protection due to their high social value. Because the Constitution recognizes life, health, honor, dignity, safety and freedom of a person as inviolable. All these reasons are caused by the complexity of modern reality. | |
