Abstract
У статті висвітлено питання реалізації випускниками вищої освіти, які продовжують навчання в аспірантурі, права на працю. Автором проаналізована законодавча база, яка регулює питання трудових відносин осіб, які навчаються і прагнуть працювати. Досліджені конституційні норми та норми спеціального освітнього законодавства щодо права на працю. Відстоюється думка, що продовження навчання випускниками закладів вищої освіти є викликом сучасності, прогресивні молоді спеціалісти, які хочуть бути конкурентоспроможними на ринку праці, мають постійно підвищувати рівень своєї кваліфікації, розширювати коло своїх навичок та вмінь, удосконалювати їх. The article highlights the issue of realization of the right to work by graduates of higher education who continue their postgraduate studies. The author analyzes the legislative framework regulating the issues of labor relations of persons who study and seek to work. The author examines constitutional provisions and provisions of special educational legislation on the right to work. The author argues that continuing education by graduates of higher education institutions is a challenge of our time, and progressive young professionals who want to be competitive in the labor market must constantly improve their qualifications, expand their skills and abilities, and improve them.
