dc.description.abstract	Дисертація присвячена комплексному конституційно-правовому дослідженню інституційної незалежності Національного банку України в умовах європейської інтеграції. У роботі здійснено системний аналіз доктринальних, організаційно-правових, функціональних і безпекових засад незалежності Національного банку України, а також визначено її значення для забезпечення фінансової стабільності, економічної безпеки держави та виконання євроінтеграційних зобов’язань України. The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive constitutional and legal study of the institutional independence of the National Bank of Ukraine in the context of European integration. The research provides a systematic analysis of the doctrinal, organizational, legal, functional, and security-related foundations of the independence of the National Bank of Ukraine and determines its significance for ensuring financial stability, economic security of the state, and fulfillment of Ukraine’s European integration commitments.
