| dc.description.abstract | У роботі автором узагальнено наукові погляди на питання розуміння професійного досвіду судді. Визначено наукові підходи до розуміння професійного досвіду судді та його впливу на поведінку у процесі прийняття суддею рішень під час здійснення судочинства. Встановлено місце професійного досвіду суддів у системі понятійно-категоріального апарату юридичної науки, уточнено його визначення. З’ясовано специфіку структурної будови професійного досвіду судді та охарактеризовано його складові елементи. The author summarizes the scientific views on the issues of understanding the professional experience of the judge. Scientific approaches to understanding the professional experience of the judge and his influence on the behavior in the process of making decisions by the judge in the implementation of legal proceedings are defined. The place of professional experience of judges in the system of conceptual-categorial apparatus of legal science is established and its definition is specified. The specifics of the structural structure of the judge’s professional experience are clarified and its constituent elements. | |
