Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання особливостей змісту фіскальної функції держави в системі функцій соціальної держави. Під час дослідження було проаналізовано світові та вітчизняні підходи до поняття соціальної держави. Було зазначено, що держава не просто виконує деякі функції соціального характеру, а обтяжена обов’язком виконувати їх, надаючи своїм громадянам право вимагати від держави виконання цих обов’язків. The specific features of substance of fiscal function of state within the system of function of social state are considered in the article. Within the research global and local approaches to definition of social state were analysed. There was determined that a state not just perform some social functions, but it is although burden with obligations to preform them and its citizens are entitled to claim to state a performance of such obligations.
