| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто окремі аспекти інституту місця проживання дитини за національним законодавством України. Досліджується порядок зміни місця проживання дитини. Акцентується увага на нововведеннях в чинному законодавстві щодо перетину державного кордону України дітьми у супроводі певних осіб. Адже, у зв‘язку із запровадженням в Україні воєнного стану, дещо змінилися правила перетину державного кордону дітьми. Проте, внесені зміни не допускають можливості свавільного порядку зміни місця проживання дитини, а навпаки – покладають обов‘язок на супроводжуючу особу повідомляти компетентні органи про місце перебування такої дитини. Certain aspects of the institution of the child’s place of residence under the national legislation of Ukraine have been considered in the article. The procedure for changing the child’s place of residence is being researched. Attention has been focused on innovations in the current legislation regarding the crossing of the state border of Ukraine by children accompanied by certain persons. In connection with the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, the rules for crossing the state border by children have been changed. However, the introduced changes do not allow for the possibility of an arbitrary order of changing the child’s place of residence, but on the contrary, impose the obligation on the accompanying person to inform the competent authorities about the place of residence of such a child.
