Abstract
У статті автори порушують питання справедливих умов праці, які передбачають не лише справедливі умови роботи (заробітну плату, робочий час), захист у разі звільнення, а і захист від психологічного переслідування. Слід зазначити, що в українському законодавстві відсутнє поняття психологічного переслідування, а більше розглядається категорія «психологічне насильство», яке може відбуватися у різних сферах життя – сімейній (домашнє насильство), освітній (булінг). In the article, the authors raise the issue of fair working conditions, which include not only fair working conditions (wages, working hours), protection in case of dismissal, but also protection from psychological persecution. It should be noted that in Ukrainian law there is no concept of psychological persecution, but the category of psychological violence, which can occur in various spheres of life – family (domestic violence), educational (bullying) is considered more and, finally, it is enshrined in relevant regulations.
