Abstract
Наукова стаття присвячена детальному аналізу правової природи права людини на достатній рівень життя в міжнародних правових актах як невід’ємного суб’єктивного права людини. Здійснено аналіз чинних міжнародних нормативно-правових актів, які встановлюють міжнародні стандарти права людини на достатній життєвий рівень. Зазначається, що Загальна Декларація прав людини та Міжнародний пакт про економічні, соціальні та культурні права стали еталоном і найбільш вагомими міжнародно-правовими актами в сфері закріпленого права, тому втрачаючи джерела для існування з причин, які не залежать від людини, підтримка людини визнається однією із загальнолюдських цінностей.The scientific article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the legal nature of the human right to an Adequate Standard of Living in international legal acts as an integral subjective human right. The current international legal instruments establishing international human rights standards for an Adequate Standard of Living were analyzed. It is noted that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights have become the benchmark and the most important international legal instruments in the field of enshrined law. Therefore support for any individual who has lost a source of subsistence for reasons beyond their control is recognized as one of the universal human values.
