Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання єдиного наукового підходу до розуміння правової природи суб’єктивного цивільного обов’язку й висвітлено поняття суб’єктивного цивільного обов’язку і структурних елементів його змісту. The author considered issues of single science approach for understanding legal nature of the subjective civil duties and highlighted the concept of subjective civil duty and structural elements of its content.
