Abstract
Із розвитком людства поступово розвиваються уявлення про його фундаментальні правові цінності, якими є права людини. Сучасний етап соціальних і правових змін зумовлено глобальною інформатизацією, що веде до своєрідних для інформаційного суспільства правових змін – формування комплексу інформаційних прав людини. Новітні прояви інформаційних прав людини вже мають підтверджені європейськими деклараціями перспективи загального визнання у вигляді цифрових прав, що робить актуальними проблеми їх юридичного визнання, зокрема конституалізації в Україні. With the development of humanity, ideas about its fundamental legal values, which are human rights, gradually develop. The current stage of social and legal changes has been caused by global informatization, which leads to legal changes unique to the information society – the information human rights complex formation. The latest information human rights manifestations already have the prospects of their universal recognition in the form of digital rights confirmed by European declarations, which makes the problems of their legal recognition, in particular, constitutionalizing in Ukraine, urgent.
