Abstract
У дисертації досліджено ретроспективу становлення та розвитку публічного адміністрування у сфері медичного обслуговування та реабілітації осіб у закладах охорони здоров’я МВС України. На цій підставі виокремлено такі етапи його генези: етап зародження медичного обслуговування та реабілітації (V тис. до н.е. ХVІ ст.); етап становлення медичного обслуговування та реабілітації (ІХ – початок ХХ ст.); модерний етап медичного обслуговування та реабілітації (кінець ХХ ст. ‒ по теперішній час).
Визначено, що медичне обслуговування та реабілітація осіб у закладах охорони здоров’я МВС України – це надання певного комплексу медичних і реабілітаційних послуг за зверненнями відповідної категорії осіб закладами охорони здоров’я МВС України та їх медичними працівниками з метою профілактики, виявлення, лікування захворювань і реабілітації зазначеної категорії осіб. The dissertation proposed a definition of the concept of public administration in the field of medical care and rehabilitation of persons in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - this is a set of public legal entities in the field of medical care and rehabilitation in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which are endowed with public-authority or by the powers delegated to them regarding their implementation, in order to satisfy the public interest of this category of persons with the help of appropriate public administration tools. At the same time, the main features of public administration are defined.
