Abstract
В жодному чинному правовому акті України не існує визначення «конституційний делікт», «конституційно-правова відповідальність», що ускладнює існування такого інституту та застосування такої відповідальності на практиці. In the existing legislative norms of Ukraine there is no definition of «constitutional tort», «constitutional-legal responsibility». Thus, this situation makes it difficult to find the existence of such an institution and the application of such type of responsibility into practice.
