| dc.description.abstract | Прийняття Закону України «Про валюту та валютні операції» привернуло значний інтерес вчених-юристів до даної проблематики. Даний закон створив прозорі умови для ведення бізнесу і вільного здійснення валютних операцій. З прийняттям Закону України «Про валюту та валютні операції втратили свою юридичну чинність Декрет Кабінету Міністрів України «Про систему валютного регулювання і валютного контролю» від 19.02.1993 р. № 15-93, Указ Президента України «Про врегулювання порядку одержання резидентами кредитів, позик в іноземній валюті від нерезидентів та застосування штрафних санкцій за порушення валютного законодавства» від 27.06.1999 р. № 734/99 та Закон України «Про порядок здійснення розрахунків в іноземній валюті» від 23 вересня 1994 року № 185/94-ВР. The adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On Currency and Currency Transactions» has significantly attracted interest of legal scholars in this issue. This law created transparent conditions for conducting business and freely carrying out currency transactions. When the Law of Ukraine “On Currency and Currency Transactions” entered into legal force, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the System of Currency Regulation and Currency Control” dated February 19, 1993 No. 15-93, Decree of the President of Ukraine “On regulation of the procedure for residents to receive credits, loans in foreign currency from non-residents and the application of fines for violations of currency legislation” dated 27.06.1999 No. 734/99 and the Law of Ukraine “On the Procedure for Settlements in Foreign Currency” dated September 23, 1994 No. 185/94-VR had lost their legal force and validity in currency legislation. | |
