Abstract
У статті досліджується правова регламентація медичного огляду осіб при прийнятті на роботу за законодавством України та окремих пострадянських країн. На підставі аналізу позитивного законодавчого досвіду пострадянських країн у цій сфері вносяться пропозиції про вдосконалення норм чинного законодавства, проекту Трудового кодексу України щодо регламентації медичного огляду. In the article investigates the legal regulation of the medical examination of persons during acceptance for work under the legislation of Ukraine and selected former Soviet countries. Based on the analysis of the positive legislative experience of former Soviet countries in this sphere made proposals to improve the current legislation, the draft Labour Code of Ukraine concerning the regulation of the medical examination.
