Abstract
Стаття присвячена розгляду важливих на сьогодні питань, що стосуються біржової діяльності, а саме форвардних та ф’ючерсних угод. Дається визначення понять, характерні риси, які притаманні цим угодам і які відрізняють їх від інших видів біржових угод, а також порядок укладання цих угод. У висновках підсумовується все вище викладене та формулюються пропозиції щодо вдосконалення біржового законодавства. The article is devoted consideration of important for today questions which touch exchange activity, namely: forward and futures-trading agreements. Determination of concepts, personal touches, is given, what inherent these agreements and which distinguish them from other types of Exchange business, and also order of conclusion of these agreements.
