Abstract
Стаття присвячена визначенню кола суб’єктів безпосередньої демократії. Досліджена обґрунтованість віднесення народу або його частини до суб’єктів безпосередньої демократії. Запропоновано нові підходи до окреслення кола суб’єктів прямого народовладдя. Article is devoted to the determine of the circle of subjects of direct democracy. The reasonableness of the position according to which the people or their part can be considered as the subjects of direct democracy was investigated. It is proposed the new ways to determine the circle of subjects of direct democracy.
