Abstract
Устаттійдетьсяпрозначеннядіяльностіпідрозділівборотьбизнаркозлочинністю, а також кінологічних підрозділів Національної поліції України у функціонуванні механізму протидії наркозлочинності. Наголошується, що важливою передумовою результативної роботи службових собак поліції з виявлення підконтрольних речовин, є їх ефективна підготовка. На основі проведеного аналізу нормативно-правової бази, яка регламентує здійснення підготовки службових собак поліції, виокремлено основні недоліки, які стоять на заваді якісній реалізації навчально-тренувального процесу. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення правового регулювання підготовки службових собак поліції, яке б забезпечувало можливість законного використання у процесі навчально-тренувальної діяльності оригінальних підконтрольних речовин. The article emphasizes the role of anti-drug crime units and canine units of the National Police of Ukraine in the functioning of the drug crime control mechanism.
Effective use of police dogs for detection and identification of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, both within the framework of implementation of police preventive measures and within the framework of canine support of the work of police units in the fight against drug-related crime during the performance of relevant investigative (search) actions, is based primarily on the qualitative preliminary training of the respective service dogs. Therefore, highlighting the existing problems of legal regulation of the process of training police dogs, as well as possible ways to solve them, is important for the effective functioning of the mechanism of combating drug-related crime and serves as a means of its improvement.
