Abstract
Російська збройна агресія проти України спричинила в нашій країні масові людські жертви й величезну кількість проблем та збитків. У статті досліджено одну з таких проблем, а саме: забезпечення з боку Української держави належної компенсації постраждалим збитків за втрачене внаслідок бойових дій майно. Запропоновані конкретні заходи щодо усунення зазначеного ризику внутрішній безпеці України у післявоєнний період. The russian armed aggression against Ukraine has caused massive loss of life and a huge number of problems and losses. The article examines one of these problems, namely, ensuring adequate compensation from the Ukrainian state to victims of the damage for property lost in the hostilities. The general principles of compensation and compensation for damage to victims of emergencies (including from hostilities) are enshrined in the Code of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Specific mechanisms, procedures, and conditions for payment of monetary compensation and other compensations for damage, caused by military actions are regulated by special laws and by-laws. However, the current regulatory acts regulate only certain stages and certain aspects in a single rather complex process of compensation by the state for damage caused by the armed aggression of the russian federation. In fact, today we have only the stage of gathering evidence, documents and other information regulated by the state at the level of legislation, which will later become the basis for receiving payments or other compensation.
