| dc.description.abstract | Статтю присвячено проблемам визначення правової природи самопредставництва юридичної особи в господарському судочинстві. Проаналізовано основні підходи до розуміння правової природи здійснення представництва органом чи посадовою особою юридичної особи. Розглянуто окремі проблемні питання, які знайшли відображення у відповідній судовій практиці щодо підтвердження повноважень представника та можливості подання учасником юридичної особи позову в інтересах товариства. The article is devoted to the issues of determining the legal nature of self-representation of a legal entity in economic legal proceedings. The main approaches to understanding the legal nature of the implementation of representation by a body or an official of a legal entity are analyzed. The author examines individual problem issues, which are reflected in the relevant judicial practice concerning the confirmation of the authority of the representative and the possibility of a claim by a party of a legal entity in the interests of the company. | |
