Обґрунтовується необхідність використання певного правового інструментарію в запобіганні сексуальній експлуатації, а також інноваційних підходів для належного виконання поставлених завдань правоохоронними та іншими державними органами. . The theses substantiate the need to use certain legal tools to prevent sexual exploitation, as well as innovative approaches for the proper implementation of tasks by law enforcement and other government agencies.
