| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей державного екологічного контролю за дотриманням правового режиму санітарно-захисних зон в Україні, визначенню суб’єктів його здійснення. На підставі аналізу нормативно-правових актів, окреслено та акцентовано увагу на необхідності вирішення окремих проблемних питань у правовому регулюванні державного екологічного контролю. The article is devoted to the research of the features of state environmental control over the observance of the legal regime of sanitary protection zones in Ukraine and the definition of the subjects of its implementation. Based on the analysis of regulatory and legal acts, attention has been outlined and focused on the need to address distinct problematic issues in the legal regulation of state environmental control. | |
