| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядається теоретико-методологічна основа, зміст та правова природа міжнародних виборчих стандартів. Автором досліджується проблематика визначення поняття міжнародних виборчих стандартів та надається визначення цього терміну у сфері виборчого права та процесу. Також проаналізовано поняття та ознаки міжнародних виборчих стандартів і встановлено вимоги, що вони накладають на держави. Досліджено правову природу міжнародних виборчих стандартів, визначено поняття та ознаки міжнародних виборчих стандартів. Проведено аналіз змістовної сторони міжнародних виборчих стандартів та визначено які вимоги до включаються для держав. Надано загальну характеристику окремим міжнародним виборчим стандартам. The article examines the theoretical and methodological basis, content and legal nature of international election standards. The author examines the problem of defining the concept of international election standards and provides a definition of this term in the field of election law and process. Concepts and features of international election standards were also analyzed and the requirements they imposeon states were established. The legal nature of international election standards has been studied, the concepts and features of international election standards have been defined. An analysis of the substantive side of international election standards was carried out and what requirements were included for the states were determined. A general description of individual international election standards is provided. | |
