Abstract
У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз злочинів у сфері надання професійної правничої
допомоги крізь призму особливостей предмета доказування в кримінальних провадженнях цієї категорії. Висвітлено специфіку таких кримінальних правопорушень як об’єкта криміналістичного та кримінального процесуального дослідження, з огляду на їх підвищену суспільну небезпечність, зумовлену потенційним впливом на реалізацію права на захист, доступ до правосуддя та довіру до інститутів правничої професії.
