Abstract
У статті досліджено спеціальні технічні засоби негласного отримання інформації, які є
ключовим інструментом документування корупційних кримінальних правопорушень. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена високою латентністю та конспіративним характером таких діянь. The article provides a comprehensive criminal-procedural and operational-search analysis of the use of special technical means for the covert obtaining of information in documenting corruption criminal offences. The relevance of the study is determined by the high latency of corruption, the conspiratorial nature of the conduct of its subjects and the absence of a victim interested in exposure, which objectively preclude the gathering of evidence solely by overt means and determine the leading role of covert methods of cognition.
