Abstract
У статті запропоновано класифікацію та визначено критерії оцінки предметів і документів як об’єктів оперативного пошуку під час виявлення корупційних кримінальних правопорушень. Здійснене дослідження засвідчило, що традиційний підхід, обмежений простим переліком предметів і документів, не дає змоги повністю виокремити їх значення як об’єктів оперативного пошуку. This article presents a classification and defines criteria for evaluating items and documents as targets of investigative searches during the investigation of corruption-related criminal offenses. The study found that the traditional approach, limited to a simple list of items and documents, does not fully capture their significance as targets of investigative searches.
