Abstract
У статті проаналізовано поняття та зміст адміністративно-правового забезпечення діяльності поліції охорони. Зазначено, що упорядкування суспільних відносин здебільшого є завданням правового регулювання, що призводить до змішування понять «регулювання» та «забезпечення». The article examines the concept and content of administrative and legal support for the activities of the security police. It is indicated that when talking about the regulation of social relations, one cannot ignore the fact that this, for the most part, is included in the scope of tasks of legal regulation, which leads to the confusion of the concepts of «regulation» and «support».
