Abstract
У статті розкриваються поняття та система принципів права, особливості принципів пропорційності та юридичної визначеності, проблеми конкуренції й суперечливості правових норм та гармонізації законодавства на основі розвитку системи принципів права. The article reveals the notion of a system of law, especially the principles of proportionality, legal certainty, competition issues and contradictions of legal rules, the harmonization of legislation based on the development of a system of principles of law.
