dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена особливостям обчислення строків досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків. Визначені законодавчі хиби щодо порядку обчислення строків досудового розслідування з моменту внесення відомостей про кримінальний проступок в ЄРДР до моменту повідомлення особі про підозру. Констатовано, що чинним кримінальним процесуальним законодавством врегульовані питання строків досудового розслідування до дня повідомлення особі про підозру лише щодо злочинів та не визначено питання щодо їх обчислення стосовно кримінальних проступків, які за своїм змістом є менш тяжкими діяннями. Обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо внесення змін до Кримінального процесуального кодексу України з метою усунення цієї законодавчої прогалини. The article deals with the peculiarities of calculating time limits for pre-trial investigation of criminal offences. The article identifies legislative shortcomings in the procedure for calculating the period of pre-trial investigation from the moment of entering information on criminal misconduct into the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations to the moment of notifying the person of suspicion. The authors note that the current Code of Criminal Procedure regulates the issue of time limits for pre-trial investigation to the day of reporting a person on suspicion only in relation to felonies and does not define the issue of their calculation in relation to misdemeanors, which are less serious in content.
