Abstract
У статті досліджено проблему організованої злочинності в умовах воєнного стану та її
комплексний вплив на національну безпеку, економічну стабільність і соціальний розвиток держави. З’ясовано сутність організованої злочинності, її основні ознаки, структурні особливості та механізми функціонування. Визначено специфіку трансформації діяльності організованих злочинних угруповань під час війни, їх здатність адаптуватися до нових викликів і використовувати кризові явища дляирозширення сфер свого впливу. The article examines the complex and multifaceted problem of organized crime under martial law conditions and its profound, destructive impact on national security, economic stability,and the social development of the state. The academic paper thoroughly reveals the changing essence of organized crime, its core features, structural characteristics, and clandestine
mechanisms of functioning. A comprehensive analysis is focused on the specifics of the transformation of organized criminal groups (OCGs) and criminal organizations during wartime,
emphasizing their unprecedented flexibility, high technological capacity, ability to adapt to rapid
changes, and exploitation of crisis phenomena to expand their spheres of influence and criminal
enrichment.
