Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблематики розвитку українського сімейного права у ХІХ – поч. ХХ ст.ст. Розглядається процес впровадження на території України права Російської імперії. Автором проаналізовано співіснування звичаєвого права поряд із законом у сфері регулювання шлюбно-сімейних правовідносин у зазначений період. The article is dedicated to interpretation of problem of the development of the Ukrainian family law in the ХІХ – beg. XX centuries. The process of introducing the rights of the Russian Empire on the territory of Ukraine is being considered. The author analyzes the ratio of customary law and law in the regulation of familymarriage relations in this period.
