Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню підходів до визначення поняття принципів врегулювання спору за участю судді, їхньої правової природи в контексті вітчизняного вчення про форми захисту цивільних прав та охоронюваних законом інтересів. Здійснено їх поділ, акцентовано увагу на аналізі змісту кожного з них. The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the definition of the concept of dispute settlement principles with the participation of a judge, their legal nature in the context of the domestic doctrine of the forms of protection of civil rights and interests protected by law. The principles are classified, the content of each of them is analyzed.
