Abstract
У статті розглядаються питання нормативно-правового регулювання у сфері зеленого будівництва (озеленення) в містах та інших населених пунктах. Проводиться аналіз наявного правового режиму та правової охорони зелених насаджень на території населених пунктів. The article considers the issues of normative and legal regulation in the field of green building (planting of greenery) in cities and other settlements. There are analysis of the legal regime and legal protection of green plantings in the territory of settlements.
