Abstract
У статті розглядаються аспекти правового регулювання права на сурогатне материнство. Звернено увагу на правовий статус сурогатної матері. Вказано на потребу жорсткого контроль за програмою сурогатного материнства, що дасть можливість уникнути зловживання цим правом. The article deals with aspects of legal regulation of the right to surrogacy. Attention is paid to the legal status of a surrogate mother. Specified the need for strict control over surrogacy program that will avoid the abuse of this right.
