dc.description.abstract	Дисертація є одним із перших монографічних досліджень в якому реалізовано науковий підхід до формування кримінологічної безпеки сфери страхування України з визначенням шляхів реалізації низки праксеологічних задач запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням, що вчиняються у такій небанківській фінансовій сфері. Авторське бачення концепції забезпечення кримінологічної безпеки сфери страхування включає в себе (а) об’єкт захисту – страхування як високо ризикована небанківська фінансова сфера; (б) кримінологічну характеристику кримінальних правопорушень у сфері страхування з виокремленням стану, структури, динаміки та географії відповідних категорій протиправних діянь; детермінантів, які сприяють їх учиненню; кримінологічних ознак особи-злочинця та організованих страхових груп; (в) зв’язки виокремлених елементів з системою кримінологічного реагування; (г) заходи запобіганням кримінальним правопорушенням як засіб досягнення стану безпеки на різних кримінологічних рівнях. The dissertation is one of the first monographic studies in which a scientific approach to the formation of criminological security in the insurance sector of Ukraine is implemented, identifying ways to implement a number of praxeological tasks to prevent criminal offenses committed in such a non-banking financial sector. The author’s vision of the concept of ensuring criminological security in the insurance sector includes (a) the object of protection - insurance as a high-risk non-banking financial sector; (b) a criminological characteristic of criminal offenses in the insurance sector with an identification of the state, structure, dynamics and geography of the relevant categories of illegal acts; determinants that contribute to their commission; criminological characteristics of the criminal and organized security groups; (c) the relationship of the identified elements with the criminological response system; (d) measures to prevent criminal offenses as a means of achieving a state of security at various criminological levels.
