dc.description.abstractДисертація присвячена дослідженню адміністративно-правового статусу помічника судді щодо організаційного забезпечення судового процесу в Україні. Інститут патронатної служби, як врегульоване нормативно-правовими актами явище, є тим інструментом забезпечення організаційного та інституційного, що сприяє виконанню функцій та завдань покладених державою на конкретний орган державної влади чи посадову особу. У випадку із суддею, помічник судді, як представник патронатної служби та посадова особа апарату суду, що відноситься до категорії державного службовця має виключний комплекс повноважень, щодо забезпечення діяльності судді в організаційній сфері та у сфері відправлення правосуддя, що і складає сутність інституту патронатної служби. The dissertation is devoted to the study of the administrative and legal status of the assistant judge in relation to the organizational support of the judicial process in Ukraine. The institution of patronage service, as a phenomenon regulated by normative legal acts, is the instrument for ensuring organizational and institutional, which contributes to the performance of functions and tasks assigned by the state to a specific public authority or official. In the case of a judge, an assistant judge, as a representative of the patronage service and an official of the court apparatus, who belongs to the category of a civil servant, has an exclusive set of powers to ensure the activities of a judge in the organizational sphere and in the field of administration of justice, which is the essence of the institution of patronage service.
